These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website seoexpertsottawa.ca (the “Site”) and any services provided by SEO Experts Ottawa (“we”, “us”, or “our”), a sole proprietorship (BIN: 1001558139) operated by Aus Nasir. By accessing the Site or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services
SEO Experts Ottawa provides search engine optimization (SEO), web development, digital marketing, and related consulting services. The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for any engagement will be outlined in a separate service agreement or proposal provided to you.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time, with reasonable notice to active clients.
2. Use of the Site
You agree to use our Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict their use of the Site. You must not:
- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable federal, provincial, or local laws
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems

4. Client obligations

- Respond to requests for information, approvals, or feedback in a timely manner
- Ensure that any content or materials you provide to us do not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of third parties
5. Payment terms
Payment terms, including fees, billing schedules, and accepted payment methods, will be specified in the service agreement or proposal for each engagement. Unless otherwise stated:
- Invoices are due within fifteen (15) days of the invoice date
- Late payments may incur a fee of 2% per month on the outstanding balance
- We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with overdue balances exceeding thirty (30) days
All fees are quoted in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise specified.
6. No guaranteed results
While we employ industry best practices and proven strategies, SEO and digital marketing results depend on many factors beyond our control, including search engine algorithm changes, competitor activity, and market conditions. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, or business outcomes.
Any projections, estimates, or case studies shared are based on past performance and should not be interpreted as a guarantee of future results.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SEO Experts Ottawa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SEO Experts Ottawa, its owner, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Site, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate a service engagement in accordance with the terms of the applicable service agreement. In the absence of a specific termination clause, either party may terminate with thirty (30) days written notice.
Upon termination, you are responsible for payment of all fees for services rendered up to the termination date. We will provide reasonable assistance in transitioning your accounts and assets.
We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to the Site at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business.
11. Governing law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Ontario.
12. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
13. Changes to these terms
We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
