How we measure AI visibility

You cannot grow what you do not measure, and AI answers do not come with a Search Console. So we build the measurement first:

1. We agree a set of the questions your customers ask, such as who to hire for a service in your city.
2. We run those questions through ChatGPT, Gemini and Google’s AI answers on a regular schedule.
3. For each answer we record whether your business is named, cited or linked, which competitors appear instead, and which sources the answer relies on.
4. Because AI answers change from one run to the next, we report the share of answers that name you over many runs, not a single screenshot.

How we grow it

The measurement shows where you are missing and why. If competitors are named because of reviews, a directory or an industry publication, that is where the work goes: your site, your Business Profile, your reviews and your presence in the sources AI answers cite. We also track visits that arrive from AI tools in your analytics, so visibility can be tied to revenue.

What you see each month

Your monthly briefing shows your AI visibility beside your Google and Maps position: the share of answers that name you, the competitors that appear, what changed and what comes next. No one can promise a place in an AI answer, so we report the trend honestly, including the months it does not move.
